Your tasks:
- Coach and support the project teams in all project and program related tasks such as planning, reporting and control
- Tactical coordination of timelines and budgets for projects across teams and functions
- Manage project information to support decision making in project teams, lifecycle teams and lifecycle committee, identifying potential project risks and opportunities
- Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization
- Implement best practices to project teams
Your qualifications
- Solid experience in product development in an international matrix organization, preferably in the life science Industry
- University degree in natural sciences, PhD is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills in building trustful relationships with peers in a multi-cultural environment
- Good analytical thinking, a structured, reliable working manner, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English
- Project management training or certification is of advantage
- Ability and willingness to travel 20%
