Description
My client, a recognised multinational comodoities broker, is looking for a qualified solicitor with a financial services background who has an understanding of futures and options, bonds, and equity finance, to join it's team on a 3-6 month contractual basis.
The role is focused on the reviewing of contracts - ie contracts in place with clients that the business currently trades with.
The business does not have a retail licence so the contracts will be purely corporate clients, smaller banks, hedge funds and asset managers.
