Description
Our large Financial Services client based in Halifax Yorkshire requires a Quality Control Business Analyst to join their Customer Rectifications Programme on an initial 4 month contract. The contract will pay up-to £342 per day.
The successful candidate will be required to support the quality control of rectifications for product areas within Rectifications to ensure that Governance has been adhered to. You will liaise with stakeholders to identify scope for plans, assist with the creation of the implementation plan before testing solutions and ensuring governance is in place.
The selected Quality Control Business Analyst will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Proven track record of success in a Quality Assurance role
* Experience of Business Analysis, including requirements gathering
* Strong process mapping and process testing experience
* Knowledge of outcome testing
* Experience of creating training materials
* Provide recommendations on improvements to the Rectification process and support with the delivery and embedding of any change
* Excellent Customer focus skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong attention to detail - consistently and accurately reports on all activity.
With previous experience of working within a business review function would be highly preferable.
