Interim Sourcing Manager (HR Services)

Sanderson Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and reputable financial services provider to identify an experienced Sourcing Manager who will lead all sourcing activity within a HR Services category.
You will have strong sourcing background and recent HR category experience (ideally 2-3 years minimum). Financial services experience is desirable and the ideal individual will have a resilient approach and be able to hit the ground running to deliver effectively and quickly within a fast paced and complex environment.

- Strong HR category experience
- Good financial services or regulated industry sector exposure
