Job Description:
Experience:
- Min. 5 years of SAP Experience in SAP SD with a mix of 2 Implementation and support projects.
- Should possess industry background in the area of Supply-chain/O2C/Order fulfilment/CRM/
Related - Minimum 1 year of production support experience necessary
- Exposure to HPSM/other change management tools is desirable
Skills:
- Expertise in all areas of SD - OTC cycle, delivery processing, master data, pricing, interfaces, integration
- Knowledge on sales processes, standard order, Third party order, Intercompany order, stock transfer order, Returns, Credit memo request and Debit memo request.
- Knowledge on delivery, Shipment and Billing document processing
- ATP Check controlling in sales order and delivery processing.
- Expertise in Interfaces between Legacy to SAP system as well as SAP to another SAP system in both inbound and out bound interfaces and IDOC processing
- Experience in functional specs preparation for FRICE (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) objects and subsequent unit testing and integration testing for these objects.
- Knowledge in Integration with other modules like SAP Material Management, Production planning and Finance & Controlling
- Expertise in SD related processes in Materials Management, integration areas and strong understanding of SAP-MM functionalities
- Good business knowledge and mapping to SAP
- Good communication skills both oral and written and user interaction.
- Should be able to independently resolve issues, propose solutions and handle client/user.
- Should be flexible to work in CET and EST shifts
