IT Buyer, Procurement
Sanderson Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and reputable commercial business to identify an IT Buyer who will join on an initial 3 month contract. The IT Buyer will hold responsibly for ensuring the cost effective provision of IT procurement goods & services and develop procurement tracking and management reporting tools/systems.
This role will require strong interpersonal skills including; solid negotiation, stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication skills.
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience of buying/purchasing
- Exposure of IT and IT services
- Experience of administration of P2P systems (or within a procurement function)
- Experience of drafting of reports and management of reporting structures & systems
- Experience of working within Financial sector (preferable not essential)
- Contract review and negotiation preferable
- Financial analysis preferable
- CIPS desirable
