Proteus Europe is searching for a Scrum Master who has worked in an Agile environment for a contract role based in Belgium.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
DESCRIPTION Put in place a follow-up process on a dedicated period of time on people, team and/or system to facilitate the concrete and measurable results target. / Be fully part of the Project (event participation, fears sharing, events reaction...) / Act upstream with the managers at the beginning of the project / Knowledge sharing (theory) and know-how (practical) on methodology and Agile practice (Scrum, Kanban, XP) /
TECHNOLOGIES - COMPETENCIES Whatever his/her initial training, the Scrum Master will be a master in scrum, on theory as on practice as well. He/she must be a master in Agile manifest and have a significant experience. Good technical basis acquired during his/her first experiences will help for team integration, adaptation and for equal to equal dialog with other participants. It is also interesting for the Scrum master to know other Agile methods, as eXtreme Programming, continued integration and development conducted by tests (TDD).
