Description
GMP Officer wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Engineer or another equivalent scientific education
- Competency of working in a GMP environment and having quality- or production-related responsibilities, therefore excellent understanding of GMP requirements is mandatory
- Formal training in business process improvement methodology such as LEAN or 6 Sigma ideally with Green or Black Belt certification is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent project managing skills and a result focused attitude
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing and maintaining UNIT GMP management system and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations, this includes overseeing all GMP activities within the UNIT
- Supervising deviation management and advancing timely completion of CAPA
- Designing GMP training programs for UNIT staff, ensuring that sufficient and appropriate training is provided and in addition writing and reviewing GMP documents
- Maintaining UNIT SOP system as appropriate
- Supporting GMP audits including organizing and tracking any follow-up action items
