Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant required to join a wealth management company on a long term project.
Responsibilities for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant will include:
- Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements
- Being the primary contact with client - managing all aspects of the project to ensure client satisfaction
- Defining, executing and managing test phases
- Developing an expert understanding of Microsoft Dynamics projects
- Supporting existing customers with expert product knowledge and advise
Experience and knowledge required:
- 5+ years of strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013, CRM 2015 or CRM 2016 preferred)
- Experience in Agile environments
- MUST HAVE financial services experience
