Required Skill:
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager
- PMP or Prince 2 certification is an asset
- Experience in Pharma Industry or regulated industry
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience in business development and innovation
- Track record in process improvements
- Experience working with senior management
Deliverables:
- Innovation process step by step evaluation criteria documentation and structures
- Document and structure innovation process to aligned enablers and tools
- Build an innovation champion (program that needs to be created) training & tool kit
- Plan and cadence of innovation Champion network ramp up and roll out
- Onboarding and training of champions
- Administer the setup of Innovation metrics& dashboard
- Support the creation and facilitation of council meetings and events
- Pipeline to capture/inventory new ideas and initiatives
- Inventory of existing innovate to simplify initiatives
- Maintain momentum and pace
- Support content delivery and documentation
- Enable champion network launch and training in 2017
- Create core fundamentals to ensure operationa set up in 2018
Education:
- MBA or equivalent
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German is an advantage
