Description

A blue chip construction business is looking for a talented Global Process Owner to join the leadership team for their finance transformation programme.

The role will be focused on defining, implementing and integrating the strategy for the Acquire to Retire process around their Fixed Assets.

To successfully deliver this transformation project, you will need to have:

  • An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience of creating and delivering a robust 'Acquire to Retire' process for Fixed Assets for a construction business previously.
  • Operated at a senior level within an organisation and be used to dealing with director-level stakeholders.
  • A track record of working and delivering with autonomy.

A little more information about the role:

  • Create, document and deliver a best in class Acquire to Retire process around their Fixed Assets, predominantly within their Plant business.
  • Be part of an ERP implementation making sure the new Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets) process is built accordingly.
  • Be part of the setup of a Shared Service Centre, making sure the Acquire to Retire (Fixed Assets) process is built in.
  • Deliver training, workshops, presentations etc. to communicate the new process to the organisation.
