Scrum Master/Sweden/6 month contract/Start ASAP
We are looking for an exceptional Solid Team Level Agile Coach/Scrum Master, who has run technical teams, who has experience of good technical practices (CI, CD, Test Automation) who can ensure team discipline, who can run CoP's, who can support PO's and who has breadth and depth of Agile knowledge. You will likely be a Coach/Scrum Master who has come from a Technical background to work onsite with one of our Blue Chip clients.
Coach/Scrum Master Skills:
- Extensive experience in Scrum Mastery
- In depth Agile knowledge
- Technical background
As a Coach/Scrum Master you will:
- Bring in better Technical Practices - CI, CD, Test Automation,
- Running new/improved Communities of Practice and driving improved engagement in quality and improvement across the organisation
- Bring in better team working - Team Discipline (adherence to the right practices and behaviours)
- Brining in better Automation, Build, Environment management and Provisioning capabilities
- Start to scale and look at scaling methods
