Are you an experienced IT Trainer who is available to utilise your Business documentation skills and Office 365 skills?

Our client, well established organisation is seeking services of a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer/Writer required to document business processes and workflows of Corporate Applications being developed. The primary technology utilised for these projects is Office 365.

To be considered for the role you will required the following skills

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience as an IT Trainer
  • Wide Knowledge of Office 365 solutions and cloud technologies
  • Skilled in delivering "Launch and Learns " on what O365 is and its benefits to workers (both desk-bound and mobile)
  • Skilled in preparing training material and preparing information bites on O365 for posting to Intranet for user education
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Must be able to routinely work with little or no supervision.
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
