Description
Our client within the Banking sector is seeking two suitably qualified and experienced Business Analysts to commence ASAP for initial six to twelve month contracts based in Melbourne. Specific experience with CardPac and Vision+ required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and also perform test execution as required
- Mapping processes
- Create and update functional documentation
- Producing documentation
- Translate business needs and defining procedures
- Conducting feasibility assessments
- Liaise with various stakeholders and align with subject matter experts to help establish the results within agreed timelines
- Clarify requirements, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
- Work with systems to improve performance and quality
- Monitor changes to baseline requirements via change control processes and tools
Non Technical attributes:
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong delivery focus with an active approach to quality.
- Working with Key Stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & documentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and self-manage tasks.
- Enthusiasm for technology and solving problems.
- Working well in a team
- Understanding and experience working in an Agile environment would be helpful
Required Technical Attributes:
- Strong exposure to VisionPLUS migration projects as Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT functions and business units
- Strong knowledge of financial industry
- Understanding/Experience with CardPac helpful
