We currently have more than 850 consultants assisting our clients across Australia and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.
The Role:
FinXL is looking to engage an experienced Scrum Master for 2 months duration.
Key Role responsibilities:
- Assist and coach the Development Team to resolve impediments
- Empower the Development team to be fully functional and productive
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for release planning
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
- Facilitate Scrum events
- Assist the project team in becoming Agile enabled
- Mentor the Project Manager in Agile and Scrum
To be successful in this role:
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
- At least 3 years' experience in Scrum Master roles
- Demonstrated experience in coaching Agile concepts, principles, practices and behaviours.
Only Australian citizens with minimum Baseline security clearance will be considered for the role.
