We are currently working with a leading telco based in the CBD. Due to the on-going growth - they require a Business Analyst to join for an initial 6 month assignment.
The Business Analyst, is a key position with prime responsibility to possess a deep understanding of all contractual requirements to plan, design and build new systems, processes and tools to meet the payment needs of the business (and contribute to its performance) across multi-technologies which also comply with contractual requirements. The business analyst will act as a key contact point for understanding the needs of a specific program of work and or contract change to execute and deliver capabilities for.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather information, ask questions to understand their needs and detailed functionality requirements and translate into a solution which can be developed by the team.
The need to facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, and ensure the business needs and required solutions are clearly articulated to the team.
The role will also be responsible for making recommendations for designing detailed specifications of any buildable capability programs including: System Design, Process Design, Internal and External stakeholder on boarding plans as well as handover to BAU implementation design.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Requirements gathering Business Analytical skills
Broad commercial and contractual experience gained either in a construction, telecommunications, contracting and/or project management environment
Ability to transform business requirements into solution delivery components
An exposure to Project Management and/or Consultant background
Six Sigma methodology experience advantageous
