Working within the EMEA Client Onboarding Team, this role is directly client facing. The successful candidate will be responsible for Onboarding, Set-Up and Offboarding clients.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous banking experience, specifically of customer onboarding/electronic applications sign ups within a global financial services organisation would be very advantageous
- Must have experience of/desire to work in a deadline oriented department
- To be part of an organisation that is committed to becoming a market leader in Client Service
Skills:
- Very strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations;
- Ability to work with a remote management is a must
- Must possess good communication skills with the ability to be assertive;
- Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure.
