Description

1 year plus contract for an Electrical/CAD Engineer.

Need to have Experience with Industrial Control Panel Design and controllers. NOT looking for someone who has only worked on circuit board design.

Local candidates only - Must be able to work w2 hourly and pass 7 year criminal background and drug screen.

Job Summary:

Responsible for completing all CAD related work in an efficient, accurate and timely manner as assigned by Supervisor, Electrical Systems or Electrical Systems Engineer

Brief Description of Responsibilities:

Create submittal, fabrication and proposal drawings as necessary

Assemble bill of material

Check and proof drawings as necessary

Assist Electrical Systems Engineers, Technicians and other staff as necessary

Communicate/interface with colleagues as necessary to effectively perform project duties

Attend technical training seminars as necessary

Assist in system tests on as needed basis

Education/Experience Requirements:

Two year technical degree or five (5) years' experience in related fields

Computer literate in AutoCAD , MS Word and Excel

Must process an acceptable level of electrical aptitude

Must be able to read and interpret electrical/control diagrams

Demonstrate a proficiency in the design, application and function of company products

Develop proficiency and demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, communications and time management skills to work on projects and interface directly with customers

Accumulate 5 years' of experience as Electrical Systems Designer

Possess necessary qualifications and demonstrate capability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position of Electrical Systems Technician
