Description
We're looking for an experienced Service Management Lead with current SC or NATO Secret Clearance to join our client, a global organisation.
Required Experience:
- Identify and resolve issues as necessary in the service management construct to include a Service Operations Centre and Service Desk to create tickets, resolve problems, incidents, and maintaining change control
- Experience working with SLA's and performance targets for large complex networking and data centre environments to ensure service processes conform to them and reporting on status against those SLA's
- Ability to develop and refine service processes and procedures designed to ensure consistently high service performance
Candidate must have at least a NATO SECRET clearances or equivalent.
