IT Project Manager
One of our leading client has a wonderful long-term opportunity for an IT Project Manager, this is for Global leader within the pharmaceutical industry. The contract itself would be for 18-24 months with an ideal start date in September 2017.
The Project:
- The objective is to redefine the RDDOC application (application used to archive R&D documents in Documentum = redefine the R&D document management system). The client requires an application with a solid structure to archive documents from different R&D communities and be in compliance with the Pharma Client policy.
- The final goal is to draft the specifications of the application for submission to IT.
- The IT Project Manager will also;
- meet a lot of stakeholders (users, QA.)
- collect all the needs from users,
- make a diagnosis of the risks of non-compliance and
- propose a new system with all functionalities, meeting the compliance criteria.
The IT Project Manager should have the following skills and experience:
- IT Project Management experience between 2-4 years
- Knowledge and experience in document management
- Good communication and planification skills
- Well organized, structured and synthetic
- Able to create synthetic PowerPoint presentations and draft a final document
- Bilingual French and English
