Description
A global Biopharmaceutical leader is currently looking for an experienced MES Project Manager to join their team on a new build project based in Ireland.The responsibilities of the MES Project Manager will include:
- Responsible to ensure delivery of MES scope as endorsed by leadership team to meet business objectives.
- Responsible for cost to ensure project is delivered within the approved budget & cash flow projection forecast.
- Responsible for adherence to the Project Management processes and tools.
- Responsible for regular communication to program leadership, IT/Automation and multi-functional team stakeholders.
- Manages a team, both internal & contract.
- At least 10 years' experience delivering Process Automation/MES systems to manufacturing organisation's in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
- Manufacturing project execution experience in biopharmaceutical facilities. Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.
- This role requires breadth of knowledge in a wide range of areas including manufacturing, IT infrastructure, automation systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (specific knowledge of the Syncade and DeltaV platforms is beneficial but not required)
- Ability to build teams and direct the activity of others in Matrix, internal or external reporting relationships.
