Your tasks:
- Implement sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment and compliance with procurement guideline
- Understand business needs & engage with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements
- Plan and execute sourcing events to create a competitive advantage
- Drive sourcing excellence and ensure consistent and sustainable application of state of the art sourcing methodologies
Your qualifications
- Master's or equivalent degree in science, engineering or business management
- Stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing and communication competencies
- Solid background and expertise in procurement, procurement processes and solid category expertise
- Project management experience and financial acumen
- Analytical decision making and result orientation
- High proficiency in English (German is a plus)
