Our client is a FTSE 100 Financial Services Business and they are looking to recruit an Risk Manager to support in embedding and implementing an Operational Risk Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Risk Framework - Build and develop key processes and toolkits required for rolling out ORMF eg Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Issue, Risk Event, Loss Data, Control assessment
- Provide support, guidance, training and communication to support both 2nd and 1st line to build knowledge and capability to ensure effective implementation of framework and knowledge transfer
- Support the implementation of appropriate Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework
Key skills & Experience required:
- Strong Operational Risk Management experience
- Excellent exposure to the Life & Pensions industry
- Experience of Ops Risk processes, toolkits and procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
