A leading global, multi-disciplined construction company is looking for a talented Senior Accountant to take ownership of a group of initiatives and be responsible for working with stakeholders to put an improved, efficient process in place.
This is a great assignment for anybody who wants the opportunity to improve processes across finance in a large, dynamic organisation.
The hiring manager describes the role as:

To successfully deliver on this finance initiatives programme you will need to have:
- A background in finance (ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2 years PQE.
- Ability to document new processes and controls and implement.
- Ability to embed the new process, monitor and make continuous improvements as required.
- Confidence running meetings, drafting communications to key stakeholders, and training those impacted by process change.
A little more information about the role:
- The ability to manage own work and deliver to deadlines.
- A strong finance understanding of ledgers and practical experience of double entry bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail partnered with the ability to see the bigger picture and appreciate the end to end process.
- Dynamics AX experience is nice to have.
- Opportunity of contract extending or even to become permanent for the right candidate.
