SAP OCM Lead.
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP OCM Lead for a contractual role in Qatar.
Start: ASAP
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: 7 months
Rate: Negotiable
Scope & Tasks:
- Provide Organizational Change Management guidance within the customer's transformation program.
- Design and implement initial OCM set up, deliver strategies and co-execute with the customer OCM scope for the first program waves.
- OCM scope and deliverables includes Stakeholder Analysis, Communications Strategy, Benefits Case, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness Survey, Business Readiness Check, End-User Training Strategy, Project Scorecard. Handover OCM execution to the customer after 7-8 month.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of change management experience
- showcases of design and implementation of above mentioned strategies
