Description
Genesys Architect | Genesys Solution Architect required to work on a global implementation of circa 30 Customer Contact Centres.
The Genesys Architect | Genesys Solution Architect will be responsible for the following tasks:
- High level design in co-operation with the systems integrator
- Lead a Design Authority for the project
- Advise the Project Management and Developers regarding the solution
- Knowledge transfer of Genesys
The successful Genesys Architect | Genesys Solution Architect will have experience of working on large scale Genesys implementations. Global implementations is preferable but not essential. Experience of the Genesys Engage Platform in an enterprise context and other Genesys components is required.
