SAP FI/CO Consultant - English Speaking - Ile-de-France, France.
Start: 18th September Month Contract.
Main tasks and responsibilities
SAP FI-CO Consultancy
SAP FI-AP, AR, GL and CO-PA experience needed.
To support the roll-out of SAP Finance Core European solution in line with the new GRM strategy.
To contribute to the roadmap for satellite systems integration with the new SAP core model for scope in charge (accounting, controlling, after-sales systems ).
To work closely with the different teams involved into the project; Business core team, 3rd parties' providers, IS/IT departments, business key users.
To collaborate into change control management for live entities.
To achieve these requirements, the following services shall be performed:
Supports the roll-out of the FI-COPA Core European solution in the regional business unit entities.
Contributes to the fit-gap analysis with business Core team and local entities.
Supports the design and delivery in the Core European Solution of changes related to the finance integration processes (coming from fit-gap analysis with sales entities).
Participates to the detailed design phase.
Realizes the SAP Configuration in case of Connex applications (eg Banks).
Supports the changes required by the scope extension or specific requirements.
Tracks the developments, in coordination with the responsible of the connex applications.
Ensures the milestones are respected and are constantly agreed with timelines of other stakeholders (SAP integrator, Connex application developments).
Coordinates and participates to the integration tests involving SAP teams, and Connex application teams.
Supports Business in User acceptance testing.
Participates to the E2E training.
Participates to status meeting review and gives status progress for the scope in charge.
Identifies risks and proposes countermeasures.
Experience and qualifications required
SAP R/3 FICO (including CO-PA) configuration and customizing, 8-10 years experience of full project life cycle.
SAP technical skills in IDOC, XI, ABAP, interface development nice to have.
Business analysis skills.
Experience of full project life cycle and project management in complex and international context (planning, progress tracking, risk management, working with offshore development teams).
Solid finance business knowledge.
Experience of industrial environments, ideally automotive.
Fluent in English.
The background of the resource should include:
Experience in SAP international core Project implementation
Progress Planning, Reporting and Control technics: methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and reporting progress of activities against plan
Tools such as Clarity (Project Management) or JIRA
