Overview : Real Estate International runs property funds which invest in Europe and globally. Currently we are working on acquiring and selling properties for 4 funds. The challenge lies in the structuring and financing of the deals. For that our Finance international department is seeking a Financing specialist who has the know how to be able to take this responsibility
Role
Responsibility for their party financing on specific deals
Structuring, evaluating, negotiating and concluding mortgage financing solutions in a very tight time frame
Refinancing of existing properties
Involved in negotiating and drawing up loan and security documents with external lawyers
Required Skills:
-university degree in law, business or finance or equivalent
-more than 5 years of experience in international real estate financing
-Knowledge in negotiating and concluding Finance and Security Documents (e.g. LMA Facility Agreement) for different types of Borrowers in different jurisdictions
-Ability to deal and manage external parties, such as lender, lawyers, property manager, tax consultants and in an internal matrix organization
-Existing multinational network
Languages:
-Fluent in English
-Other languages, e.g. German, Spanish or French are of benefit.
