My client is looking to expand their market data team with an additional Global Market Data Compliance Manager for an initial 6 months contract with view to extend further.
As part of this role you will be reporting the IT Services and Market Data Strategy team and have the following responsibilities:
- Provide global advice and leadership to new and existing business partners on exchange policies and market data requirements
- Provide consultancy expertise to project teams and users in regards to data usage and licensing
- Liaising with all business users and communicate compliance policy
- Provide data cost optimisation for users and assist with cost management challenges
- Build and drive compliance strategy within market data arena
- Ensure users have correct understanding of processes, procedures and limitations of market data usage
- Lead exchange vendor audits
- Test internal compliance tools and track data flows
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Proven experience within global market data as a compliance manager
- Experience in collaborating with IST, Downstream and upstream business units on market data compliance
- Working closely with application support and development teams
- Experience collaborating with strategy and architecture to achieve systems compliance
- Proven experience operating at a global level eg working closely with IT, Finance, product Control and E&C teams across the business
The rate available for this Global Market Data Compliance Manager position is £/day (DOE).
