Compliance Manager - CONC - FS Regulatory Change
Based in Bolton a Compliance Manager is required on a contract basis to support a major FS function going through an exciting period of growth and change.
You will be required to provide expert compliance advice on technical issues but also work with senior stakeholders at a more strategic level.
Candidates must have experience of CONC. Any experience of ICOBS/COBS/DISP/SYSC would be a bonus.
You will need to demonstrate experience of Conduct Risk Policy Framework design and implementation.
Previous experience of working across multiple "fix" issues and programmes of a regulatory nature is preferred.
Any experience of consumer credit (FCA legislation) would be a bonus.
