Description
Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP MM PP Consultant for a role based in the Paris area.
Responsibilities:
SAP MM SAP (MM/PP with APO/SPP & Inventory Management/Purchasing Management/Forecast & planning
§ To support the roll out of Core European solution.
§ To contribute to the roadmap for satellite systems integration with the new SAP core model for the scope in charge
§ To work closely with the different teams involved into the project; Business core team, 3rd parties providers, IS/IT departments, business key users.
§ To collaborate into change control management for live entities.
To achieve these requirements, the following services shall be performed:
Supports the roll-out of Core European solution
Supports the design and delivery in the Core European Solution of new projects.
Studies, assesses and validate design of solution changes from the change control board
Participates to the detailed design phase.
Supports the changes required by the scope extension.
Tracks the developments in coordination with the responsible of the upstream application.
Ensures the milestones are respected and are constantly agreed with timelines of other stakeholders (SAP integrator, Connex application developments).
Coordinates and participates to the integration tests involving SAP teams, and Connex application teams.
Supports Business in User acceptance testing.
Participates to the E2E training.
Participates to status meeting review and gives status progress for the scope in charge.
Identifies risks and proposes countermeasures.
Skills required:
SAP R/3 MI configuration and customizing, 8-10 years' experience of full project life cycle.
SAP technical skills in IDOC, XI, ABAP, interface development.
Business analysis skills.
Experience of full project life cycle and project management in complex and international context (planning, progress tracking, risk management, working with offshore development teams).
Experience of industrial environments (factory), ideally automotive.
Fluent in English.
The background of the resource should include:
Experience in SAP international core Project implementation
Progress Planning, Reporting and Control techniques: methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and reporting progress of activities against plan
Tools such as Clarity (Project Management) or JIRA
Start date: 1st September
Languages: English (another language is beneficial)
Location: Paris with some travel to NL when required
Duration: 6 months
