Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP Applications delivery Lead for a role based in the Paris area.
Scope:
Within our client's Information System Software Factory, the Application development delivery Lead for aftersales commercial is in charge of the new business opportunities/change request on existing platforms identified by the IS Business Relationship Management (BRM) team. She/he leads the delivery team on those projects once the business requirements is gathered to the go-live of the project. She/he is responsible for design, build, test and deploy solutions, coordinating the architecture definition, integration with other IS domains and guarantee the developments are following the methodologies defined for this area within IS
Responsibilities:
Multi year's program/multi-project management in the Sales area of AfterSales (dealer Back Office system, OMS/execution, ATP )
Plan/Design/Deliver projects on scope/business case, costs, and schedule
Build & Deploy core model solutions for Europe initiatives
In charge of roll out Alliance initiatives
Take ownership of the solution as IS Subject Matter Expert
Manage design & development teams (internal and/or external resources assigned to the project)
Coordination with Europe IT teams (Business relationship Management, Enterprise Architecture, Service delivery), with other companies to maintain alignment with Alliance IT standards and IS strategy
Ensure the application of project methodologies
Handover to support team once project is live
Skills required:
Solid project management skills
SAP expertise (primarily SD/MM modules), ability to challenge integrator offer
IS integration experience with Finance/WMS systems
Testing and go live process implementation and coordination
Solution core model experience set up, rollout methodology experiences
Legacy, WMS, Finance, interfacing and integration experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology
7-10 years within IS managing implementation & roll out project, design
Demonstrated successful SAP implementation full cycle project implementation Customizing & development team management (design, develop, data migration, test, go live, stabilize) delivery management in the commercial area
Multi projects management
Strong business analysis, design and implementation experience with technologies such as SAP
External resources management is a must
Internal resources management is a plus
Other nice to have skills:
Fluent in English, other language would be a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented but able to adapt communication to the audience (operational, senior, executives)
Proven ability to meet goals in dynamic, fast changing environment
Ability to build consensus; can motivate, empower and develop others
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to communicate with non-technical clients, IT professionals, and management across cultures
Ability to work with remote and distributed teams in an international environment
Start date: 1st September
Languages: English (another language is beneficial)
Location: Paris with some travel to other EU destinations when required
Duration: 6-7 months
Rate: € per day
