Duration: 6 months +
Hourly rate: £20 - £22 per hour Ltd
Area: Neath

An established company in Neath are looking for an Interim Engineering Manager on a 6 months contract. The Engineering Manager will come from a strong Electronics or Electrical background and have a strong background in leading engineers in an organised, structured way.

Engineering Manager Requirements:
Electronics/Electrical background
Strong personality, good communication skills
Able to drive project through to completion
Numerate and literate
Well-organised - able to work in a structured way

Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for processes and managing continuous improvement
Take control of new product introduction and ensuring engineering processes are followed accordingly
Responsible for organising both internal engineers and external sub-contractors
Commercially aware
Remain commercially aware and maintain a positive attitude in the engineering department
