Description
This is a great role for a Senior Crisis Management SME to join a large telecommunications organisation on a part time basis.
You will have the following skills:
The ability to analyse the organisation and the specifications required to facilitate Crisis Management service delivery.
Develop an exercise Crisis Management plan, run sheet and scenario to be conducted on the selected exercise day.
Facilitate the Crisis event including debrief, scenario inputs and information flow.
Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of the Crisis Management Teams' decision making, invocation, responses, processes, gaps, actions, communications and prioritisations.
Conduct post-exercise review meetings with key stakeholders.
Provide a report on outcomes, findings, gaps, areas of improvement, structure, roles and responsibilities, membership.
Review the Crisis Management Plan and provide documentation enhancements.
