-Conduct workshops
-Gather requirements
-Identify overlaps and opportunities
-Identify gaps
-Define a roadmap
-Define a strategy for digital
-Interact with production site
Deliverables description:
- As Is Digital situation for manufacturing
-Gap analysis
-Opportunities
-Cooperation approach
-Delivery plan
Start date: ASAP
Language: English; French is a bonus
Location: Paris area, France.
Duration: 6 months
