A UK Bank with offices in Bristol has an opportunity for a Finance Manager.
The role is for a qualified accountant with contracting experience to join the finance department within their high profile change programme.
The Bank has a positive working culture and allows flexible working, ie working from home after an initial period.
The role of the Finance Manager is to work within Finance at the Bank on change programmes, supporting Programme Managers and the Programme Director as well as Head of Finance. Previously, you will have worked within either banking or outside of banking on change programmes; understanding internal banking structures and processes affecting your day to day responsibilities.
You will be skilled in engaging and building relationships with individuals vested in programmes or being affected by change. Understanding HR processes and HR life cycle, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, change processes, agile working and flexible approach.
