Description
Event Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years of working experience in event planning or conferencing services
- Excellent communication skills across cultures, working experience in an international company is an advantage
- Competency of customer and service orientation, former experience in customer services is preferred
- Competent handling of flexible work hours, early and late, even on short notice
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being the single point of contact for the customer on webcast coordination, local technical event planning and video conferencing
- Consulting customers to use the right technology for meetings
- Supporting customers in the technical preparation of large events and coordinating all involved providers
- Collaborating with the global video conference services
- Documenting problems and incidents related to Meeting Services by using a ticketing system (HPSM)
