Description

Event Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 2+ years of working experience in event planning or conferencing services
  • Excellent communication skills across cultures, working experience in an international company is an advantage
  • Competency of customer and service orientation, former experience in customer services is preferred
  • Competent handling of flexible work hours, early and late, even on short notice
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Being the single point of contact for the customer on webcast coordination, local technical event planning and video conferencing
  • Consulting customers to use the right technology for meetings
  • Supporting customers in the technical preparation of large events and coordinating all involved providers
  • Collaborating with the global video conference services
  • Documenting problems and incidents related to Meeting Services by using a ticketing system (HPSM)
