Dutch Speaking - Limburg, The Netherlands.
Start: 18th September Month + Contract Role

Our client in Limburg, The Netherlands, is looking to hire an SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Consultant with expertise in CIC (Customer Information Centre) and Service side of SAP CRM to help with improvements and rollouts for the Customer Care organization.

The Initial focus for improvements will be on improving the existing blueprint that runs in pilot and upgrading from EHP3 to EHP4. Later on the individual will be involved in blue print enhancements like FSCM Integration and Service Complaint Management. Scope: Inbox, CIC, CIC Mail Editor, Service Requests, Tasks, Service Request to Order, Screen Personas Order Entry.

The individual will play an important role in assessing, designing, developing, rolling out and supporting service related solutions on SAP CRM, utilizing and leveraging the clients global standards for systems and processes.

This requires good functional understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 Service, good analytical skills and good communication skills. Individual needs to be a self-starter and quick learner. Understanding of the inquiry to order, order to cash process and/or product support/complaint handling and affinity with SAP development (ABAP) are good to have. SAP Screen Personas knowledge/expertise is an advantage.

Some travel to key/end user locations in EMEA is required.
