Harvey Nash's Public Sector client require an experienced Change Manager to join their team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, for an initial 6 month initial contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile role working on Change Management and Issue Resolution for a large transformation programme. You will ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place to allow the programme to embrace change, resolve issues and promote innovation without threatening the integrity of various products/deliverable. You will work closely with a range of key and senior stakeholders, defining/establishing arrangements for change, promoting change and monitoring performance.
Essential Skills:
. Extensive experience working on a large transformations programme of business change
. Understanding of Critical Business Change
. Hands-on experience setting up and delivering a similar critical service with similar challenges
. Strong understanding of change management within a large, preferably greenfield, transformation programme
. Previous experience of change management in waterfall, agile and hybrid environments, and understanding how these can influence the approach
. Excellent understanding of how the change management function operates at project, programme and enterprise-wise portfolio level
. The ideal candidate will also have experience working within a similar Public Sector post, dealing with delivery organisations and key stakeholders.
