Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager - System Integration required for a globally operating business based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job description:

Service Manager.
You will have a great level of independence in your role as Service Manager, and the client needs someone confident in their leadership. The team are on a transformation journey as they switching platform for the online solution. This SM role will be the first one out in that team.
Since the area consists of many different systems, service interfaces and stakeholders it's important that you are flexible and understand different demands and how to communicate with different stakeholders and vendors.
They need someone with several years of experience working as a Service Manager or similar.

Work Task:
- Define and establish the drafted services together with service area management.
- Ensure that the service meets today's requirements and enables future development and improvements per business needs.
- Manage the service across the entire life cycle which include:
Manage budget and plan for current and future services in scope.
Understand business need and drive improvement to increase service value.
Ensure we secure, agree and contract all aspects of the service, underpinning supporting services and deliveries.
Manage continual service improvements and intelligence for the services.
Request and lead resources across the organization that is needed to manage the service.

Specific Competence:
Several years of practical experience from:

- IT and service management or similar role (eg. Service manager, service delivery manager, system responsible, requirement analyst.)
- Have an understanding of system- integration and processes
- Bonus if you have experience of working with:
SAP CAR, SAP SD
Hybris
E-commerce
Merchandizing processes eg; allocation moves or customer order management
- Experience working with vendors in an offshore delivery
- they also prefer if you have experience from working with E-commerce and retail.
