Siebel Migration - Siebel CRM
Minimum five years of Siebel CRM experience.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Must have good written and oral communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
Must have good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Review data migration strategy & design document
Coordinate and participate in requirements workshop related to data migration
Work closely with business teams for data analysis & cleansing related activities
Validate data needs in line with functional specification & work with multiple vendors for data source identification
Review trial run and cutover plans to ensure that the runs meet the project objectives and bring in best practices during trial runs and actual migration
Devise optimal cutover strategy in line with business expectations
Work closely with work stream leads to ensure design defects and CRs are rolled up to Data migration stream
Validate the architecture with respect to Industry best practices and suggest improvements
Track action items to closure related to data migration and review status with relevant stakeholders
Key Skills
Expertise in Oracle DB & Oracle Siebel CRM + PLSQL
Experience in Data Migration involving Billing, CRM
Any experience involving Data Migration for Siebel CRM will be an added advantage
Expected expertise:
- Migration of customers and tickets into Siebel CRM from TABS CRM.
- Siebel CRM capacity enhancement and Add/Modify existing Siebel business rules/processes to fulfil other customer's requirements
- Integration with northbound and southbound systems as needed.
