FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.
FinXL are looking to engage a Senior Project Manager for business and consulting services for our high-profile financial services clients
The Senior Project Manager will join our client facing portfolio/programme office delivering IT infrastructure services solutions to a key strategic client. You will be responsible for the client satisfaction, budget & resource forecasting accuracy, master schedule, financial reporting, and management of risks/issues/actions/minutes/status. You will be self-motivated, able to follow the guidance of the leads and successful in this changing, maturing environment to deliver high client satisfaction and professional output.
Selection Criteria/Responsibilities and Skillsets
- 5+ years' (10+ desirable) experience as a customer facing PM
- Delivery experience with IT services, ideally enterprise, banking and insurance
- Project Management experience with infrastructure/Networks/Security, Workforce Optimisation, Contact Centre projects
- Extensive experience with Project Governance, including Scope, Time, Cost, Issue, Risk, Change & Communication Management; experience with the Project Management administration tasks (Minutes, Actions, Issues, Risks, Change Requests, Financial & Status Reporting)
- Stakeholder management, presents well and strong communication skills
- Partner/Vendor Contract & Commercial Management experience
- Able to adopt a flexible and professional approach in a changing environment
- Able to build rapport; Willingness to exceed Customer expectations & Customer Service focused, Expectations managementSelf-motivated Professional, disciplined, great work ethic, positive attitude, can be autonomous
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred
