Market Risk Manager
Market Risk Manager required to work within the Trading Book Market Risk Team on a ring fencing project with a Tier 1 commercial banking and finance client. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee one of the banks critical Ring Fencing projects as well as manage some crucial related projects within the market risk department.
As a result of the changes encountered by Ring-Fencing the market risk team are required to oversee an ever growing number of entities, which covers multiple areas such as: evidence of regulatory compliance, request for approval for a new internal model permissions, regulatory reporting and oversight of capital positions.
The role requires that the Market Risk Manager is able to perform in various areas of the market risk team, the candidate must display a versatile skill set.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of Ring Fencing projects.
- Experience of working within Market Risk
- Excel VBA
- SQL
Desirable Skills:
- Banking & Finance experience
- Varied regulatory compliance experience
