Description

I am seeking a Collections Clerk to assist a business on a 6 Month Contract basis, supporting a small but robust team. Working within a large financial services organisation, you will support the customer credit collections team, providing solutions and ensuring processes are followed. You will reduce risk, and maintain repayments. You will liaise with external agencies and vendors in regards to compliance.

The successful candidate will have;

Experience in the collection of payments

Strong communication skills

Experience of working in an FSA regulated business

Strong customer service skills

Team player

Experience in process development

This is an immediate need, and although a contract position, gives you an opportunity to develop your career within a market leading organisation.
