Description
Customer Service Agents required to work within the Customer Service Department dealing with customer loans. Exciting opportunities available and offering 12 month contracts.
Duties include providing effective customer service and resolution to customer queries dealing with customer loans in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Experience of dealing with inbound calls. Previous experience within a similar role preferred.

Standard hours per week 37.5 - working on shift patterns and occasional weekend work required
