Description

* URGENT - SAP PAYROLL 12 MONTH CONTRACT.*

A hugely successful global Finance company based in Hampshire requires an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant as quickly as possible to start a 12 Month contract to transition an existing customers payrolls to the SAP Payroll engine, working alongside a SAP Integration Partner to define the requirements, perform configuration, testing & go-live support.

Experience of German language skills, or experience of working on German implementations or upgrades is highly beneficial and must be able to travel short term to one or two European countries as the project progresses.

Suitable Candidates will need:

  • 5 + years hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience on multiple SAP country versions, including ideally, experience of 2 + go-live implementations/upgrades on German SAP Payroll.
  • The ability to lead a multi-country payroll implementation project
  • Experience to configure and maintain settings in SAP Payroll
  • The ability to write functional specifications & experience of interfacing with external systems
  • Experience with HR/Payroll Transformation projects, strong business process skills
  • Good knowledge of HR/Payroll best practices and trends & can act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses etc
  • Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes
  • The ability to communicate effectively and document business processes within Payroll operations.
