Marketing Operations Specialist (EMEA) - Eloqua
Based in Reading
Up to £220 per day
5 month contract - very likely to extend
Our client is a global IT Security company based in Reading.
Key responsibilities for a Marketing Operations Specialist include:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders who contribute to sales and marketing data and insights
- Working closely with the EMEA Marketing team to provide insight into marketing tactic performance and effectiveness
- Constantly monitoring campaign diagnostics and communicating back to the relevant teams
- Build and maintain insightful marketing reports, drive strategic analysis and ensure conclusions are understood and implemented
- Develop and agree KPIs
- Develop systems and processes and collaborate with the legal team to ensure data compliance
Marketing Operations skills required include:
- Solid experience of marketing intelligence and reporting
- Proven track record in market Intelligence and Insights in the IT B2B sector
- Must be analytical and able to successfully manage complex data streams and form insights in to the business that are clear, concise and can be easily used
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Qlik and Eloqua experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creativity and organization skills are a must
- Experience managing projects and working in a team
