An innovative, science-based technology company is recruiting for a new Inside Sales Specialist in their Bracknell Head Office.
The overall objective of the role is to drive sales growth and customer retention with defined end customers/channel partners.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Achievement of specific sales targets
* Management of specific accounts to drive loyalty and prevent erosion
* Achieve best practice in Customer Relationship Management
Required Skills and Experience:
*Previous Inside Sales experience with strong customer focus
*Previous experience of working with both CRM tools and other sales acceleration technologies
*Account Management experience
*Good understanding of the sales process & a proven track record of delivering sales to forecast
*Degree preferred
