Regulatory Compliance Manager - Global Investment Bank
A leading Global Investment Bank is looking for a strong Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their Regulatory Compliance Team.
The Regulatory Compliance Manager will work as part of the Regulatory Compliance Team to embed a customer-focused culture, support the business to manage regulatory compliance risks and focus mainly on the distribution and client facing areas of the business but will be closely involved in all other business areas when required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist line management in its prime responsibility for complying with all relevant regulations
- Assist line management in resolving or, as the case may be helping to resolve any Compliance problems
- Monitoring changes to business practices and products to ensure that procedures and/or controls are adequate to cover the business and that any consequential change to the Compliance chart is made
- Monitoring and checking for adherence to established procedures and systems, reporting findings and making recommendations
Skills:
- Financial Services experience - Mandatory - Minimum 5 years
- Asset Management/Private Banking experience - Desired
- Strong Regulatory compliance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
