Description
RED are currently looking for a SAP project manager to join an exciting SAP S4 HANA project on an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend.
* 5-10 years experience as a SAP Project Manager managing end-to-end complex SAP projects ranging from mid size to large corporations, ideally in Financial Services Industry;
* Experience with SAP S4 HANA 1511 edition advantage but not mandatory;
* Proficiency in SAP project management methodology (ASAP);
* Proficiency in Project Planning, Project Resourcing, Progress reporting, Communication with Project sponsors and other key project stakeholders;
* Proficiency in all key project management processes - Steering Committees, Weekly Status Meetings, Time planning, Resources Planning, Risks identification and mitigation, Issues documentation and timely resolution, Clear split of responsibilities among project teams, Communication/Escalation processes, Change Requests process;
* Proficiency in preparation and maintenance of key project management documents: Project charter, Project Plan, Business Case, Staffing Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, Issues Log, Change Request Log, Steering Committee Report, Weekly Status Reports, Cutover Reports, Go Live Go/No Go Reports
* Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/Word and PowerPoint are required.
* Excellent CZ and EN written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organisational levels.
* Excellent relationship building and networking skills in global company.
* Organised and able to function successfully in a global company.
* Ability to travel at least 2 weeks every 2 months to Clients international location for which she/he will manage the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
* Excellent technical, organisational, troubleshooting, problem solving, budgeting and time management skills.
